The deal, in cat
Seven rules. If you can read a menu you can play. No forms, no buttons, no excuses.
Hold.
10,000 $SNITCH in your own wallet is one ticket. Bigger bag, more tickets. That's the entire entry. Exchange wallets don't count; the cat only rats out people it can find.
Get ratted out.
Every five minutes the cat names three big names (45 / 27 / 18 of the prize) and five street names (2% each). ETH lands in wallets. Nobody clicks anything. One street spot is saved for someone who bought in the last day.
Don't be a paper hand.
Win the podium and you get 60% now and the rest tomorrow, if your bag is still there. Sell it first and the cat eats your rest. Dump before the draw settles and you lose the whole slot.
The Big Rat.
15% of every pot goes into a jackpot that only goes up until it doesn't. Every hand has a 1 in 576 shot at dropping it on the table, half to the podium, half to the street. It drops no matter what at 2 ETH. You need about an hour on the list to be in it.
The Stash.
The cat hides 20% of every pot under the mattress and pays it back 0.75% a hand, straight into the prize. Dead night? Still a pot. It's yesterday's fees, delayed, not magic.
Dinner.
15% of every pot buys $SNITCH on the open market, in small bites at random moments, and burns it. Fed, never sold. Bots that try to eat first pay the same trading fee as everyone, so the bites are not worth chasing.
Whales get benched.
No wallet keeps more than about 5% of the tickets, one seat per wallet per hand, and winners sit out 3 / 2 / 1 hands. Split your bag across wallets and the cat docks your tickets, resets your age and makes you wait a day. Don't.
Get old.
Every day your tokens sit still they earn +5% tickets, then +2% a day up to +90%. Selling a slice costs twice its share of your age. The cat respects seniority.
Nerd corner: the exact formulas
Tickets = floor(units × tier × age), units = floor(countedBalance / 10,000). Tier by single-wallet bag: 1.1× at 100k, 1.2× at 500k, 1.3× at 1M, 1.5× at 5M. Age multiplier = 1 + 0.05 × min(days, 10) + 0.02 × min(max(days − 10, 0), 20). Tokens received by plain transfer count after 24 h. A wallet is eligible from the hand after the first snapshot it appears in.
Age is balance-weighted: buying dilutes it (new tokens are age 0), selling a fraction f costs 2f of it. Moving tokens between your own wallets is a sell for the sender and age 0 for the receiver.
Cap: above the knee c (5% of the effective total, once 20 wallets are eligible; 150%/N before that) tickets grow as c + √((raw − c) × c). Splitting k× above the knee gains k / (1 + √(k − 1)) instead of k.
Split of every fresh pot (trading fees since the last hand): settler 0.25%, recorder 0.05%, house 10% (scales to zero below 0.01 ETH), dinner 15%, Big Rat 15%, stash 20%, prize the rest. The stash release and whatever went unpaid last hand (forfeits, empty seats) join the prize untaxed. Prize: 90% podium (50/30/20 of that), 10% street (5 × 2%). Jackpot: 50% podium pool, 50% street pool.
Draw: the operator commits Merkle roots of the lists, the draw block is 8 L2 blocks later, anyone pins its hash (0.05% bounty), then seed = keccak256(drawHash, hand, root, vault), ticket_k = keccak256(seed, k) % totalTickets, k = 0…39, skipping repeats, benched wallets and (on jackpot hands) wallets younger than 12 hands; the settler submits all 40 and the contract stops when the board is full. Forfeit if a winner holds less than 90% of its snapshot balance at settle. A pinned draw cannot be rerolled by anyone; if nobody pinned it in time, the rearm pins it while the hash is still readable, and a hand can be rerolled at most 3 times (each reroll public, no Big Rat on it) before only the 24 h abandon valve is left. Every leaf must show at least one ticket's worth of bag and at most 3 tickets per 10,000 tokens.
Drip: 60% at settle, 40% after 288 hands if balance ≥ 90% of the balance at the win; forfeited drips go to the Big Rat. Cooldowns count dealt hands. Every list is published per hand and replayable from Transfer logs; the operator's only lever is who is on it.

Questions the cat gets
Do I have to do anything?
No. Hold a ticket's worth in a wallet you control and stop touching it. Winners are paid in the transaction that settles the hand. If a site ever asks you to "claim", it is not this site.
I bought five minutes ago, why am I not in?
You're in from the hand after the first list you appear on, about five to ten minutes after buying. The cat likes to see a face twice before it snitches.
What happens on a quiet night?
The stash keeps paying, the Big Rat keeps its 1-in-576 shot every hand, and the street still names five wallets a hand. Smaller money, same cat. What the stash pays is yesterday's fees, delayed; there is no other money.
Why would a whale not just take everything?
Tickets above about 5% of the table grow with the square root, one wallet takes one seat per hand, winners sit out three hands, the drip holds 40% hostage for a day, and the jackpot pays half of itself to the street. A whale wins more often than a shrimp. Not always.
Why not split my bag into many wallets?
Each new wallet starts at age zero and its tokens don't count for a day, the sender's age takes a hit, the size tier is gone, and each wallet still needs a full ticket's worth. You'd be paying tickets to look busy. It also shows up on the wanted list.
What's "dinner"?
15% of every pot is reserved to buy $SNITCH on the market and burn it. The keeper buys in bites small enough that front-running them costs more in fees than it earns, at random moments in the hand, more when the price is under its hourly average. Every meal is a transaction you can open.
Can the team rig it?
The keeper chooses only the snapshot list, which is published every hand and can be rebuilt from Transfer logs. The draw hash is pinned by whoever gets there first and cannot be rerolled; an expired draw gets pinned by the rearm itself while the hash is still readable, and a hand can be rerolled at most three times, each time in public and without the Big Rat. Payouts, cooldowns, reserves and the split are contract code with hard caps. The owner cannot touch the pot or the reserves. Reviewed, not formally audited; the source is verified.
Is this a ponzi?
It's a memecoin with a fee-funded lottery bolted on. The only money in the pot is trading fees. The reserves move that money through time and across holders; they do not create it. If nobody trades, the pot shrinks. The cat will tell you that to your face.
